Lacy Jay Syler, freshly turned 14, has notched No. 1 hits on CMG Radio charts with “That’s What Girls Do” and “Troublemaker.” With her debut album, “Livin’ My Life,” produced by T. Jae Christian, just released on CD, Syler, a freshman, proves that she was born to sing country songs. “Music has always been in my family. Since I couldn’t read, they taught me songs by singing them to me, and I was memorizing them when I was 2. It was pretty much mostly country,” said Syler, who lives on a Tennessee  farm.

To see this little Lady perform on stage is a real shot in the heart as she just sparkles like a DIAMOND IN THE SUNLITE!  Any performer that will be on any show with Lacy Jay, had beter be on top of their game, because this little ray of sunshine is a pure audience theif! Randall Franks is best known as “Officer Randy Goode” from TV’s “In the Heat of the Night,” a role he performed on NBC and CBS from 1988-1993.
Franks’ musical stylings have been heard in 150 countries and by more than 25 million Americans. His musical career boasts 17 album releases, 17 singles, and over 200 recordings with various artists from various genres. The award-winning fiddler’s best selling release, "Handshakes and Smiles" was a top twenty Christian music seller. Many of his albums were among the top 30-bluegrass recordings of their release year. The Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame member shared a top country vocal collaboration with Grand Ole Opry stars The Whites. In addition to his solo career, Franks is a former member of Bill Monroe's Bluegrass Boys, Jim and Jesse's Virginia Boys and has performed with Jeff and Sheri Easter, The Lewis Family, the Marksmen Quartet, Elaine and Shorty, “Doc” Tommy Scott’s Last Real Old Time Medicine Show and Doodle and the Golden River Grass. 
As an actor, he has co-starred or starred in 12 films. His most recent film "Decision" with Natalie Grant and Billy Dean coming to television in September 2011. He co-starred in “The Flamingo Rising” with William Hurt for Hallmark Hall of Fame as “Officer Randy Kraft.” 
Other films include “Still Ramblin’,” a documentary which appeared in PBS syndication, that he hosted, directed and wrote on the life of country music and western film pioneer “Doc” Tommy Scott; “Blue Valley Songbird” with Dolly Parton as “Fiddler #2”, “Firebase Nine” as “Capt. Morgan Fairhope,” “Phoenix Falling” as “Todd” with Stella Parton and “Desperate for Love” with Christian Slater as a high school singer.
Franks shares his time with several non-profit organizations serving as a task force member of the Catoosa Citizens for Literacy, which assists area residents in learning to read and pursuing a GED at its Catoosa County Learning Center. He is also president of the Share America Foundation, Inc. that provides the Pearl and Floyd Franks Scholarship to musicians continuing the traditional music of Appalachia. He hosts a monthly concert series at the historic Ringgold Depot which helps fund the scholarships.
He authored four books including "Mountain Pearl: Appalachian Reminiscing and Recipes," “Stirring Up Success with a Southern Flavor” and "Stirring Up Additional Success with a Southern Flavor," both with Shirley Smith, and “Snake Oil, Superstars and Me” with “Doc” Tommy Scott and Shirley Swiesz. 
He is a syndicated columnist with his Southern Style column running in newspapers from the Carolinas to Louisiana.

Razzy Bailey’s career spans 13 #1 singles, 32 Top 10 singles and recognition as Billboard’s “Artist of the Year.” He is also the only artist to ever have both sides of a 45 climb to the top of the Billboard charts 3 times in a row a feat that neither Elvis nor The Beatles could match!

A singer whose vocal style fused country with blue-eyed soul, Alabama-born Rasie Michael "Razzy" Bailey cut his first recordings in 1949 at the age of ten. By 15, he led a string band, sponsored by the local chapter of the Future Farmers of America, which came in second in a talent contest held at Auburn University. 

Bailey married and had children immediately after graduating high school; as a result, his career as a performer was sporadic and unsuccessful for a number of years. In 1966, he contributed a number of songs to Atlantic Records' Bill Lowery, among them "9,999,999 Tears," which Lowery agreed to produce. While the single, on which Bailey was backed by a studio band featuring Billy Joel, Joe South, and Freddy Weller, failed to chart, it renewed the singer's interest in pursuing a recording career full time. As a result, he formed the pop-oriented trio Daily Bread in 1968, releasing a pair of albums on small labels. Another group, the Aquarians, followed in 1972; in 1974, Bailey recorded the album I Hate Hate simply as Razzy. 

After I Hate Hate failed to chart, Bailey again dropped out of music, but in 1976, singer Dickey Lee hit number three with a cover of "9,999,999 Tears"; after Lee hit the Top 20 with another of his songs, "Peanut Butter," Bailey signed a new recording contract of his own. In 1978, he released the single "What Time Do You Have to Be Back in Heaven," the first of five consecutive Top Ten hits. 

Between August 1980 and December 1981, Bailey reached his commercial peak with a string of five number one hits -- "Loving Up a Storm," "I Keep Coming Back," "Friends," "Midnight Hauler," and "She Left Love All Over Me" -- and in 1981 was named Billboard magazine's Country Singles Artist of the Year. The albums Razzy (1980), Makin' Friends (1981), Feelin' Right, and A Little More Razzy (both 1982) were also very successful. 

By the mid-'80s, however, Bailey's hit-making days were largely over; his singles landed only in the lower rungs of the charts. In 1987, he began issuing his records through his own label, SOA (Sounds of America). Bobby G. Rice

Robert Gene Rice (born in Boscobel, Wisconsin) is an American country music singer-songwriter, known professionally as Bobby G. Rice. Between 1970 and 1988, Rice released nine albums and charted thirty songs on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart. His biggest hit, "You Lay So Easy On My Mind," went all the way to number 1 in 1973.

From the heartland of America, Bobby G. Rice first burst forth onto the music scene with a 1970 revival of the popular Jimmy Gilmore pop classic “Sugar Shack” and then Bruce Channel’s “Hey Baby”.

Born into a musical family with its own radio show, Bobby began performing publicly at an early age.  Later he decided to test his wings as a solo artist in his native Wisconsin.

He succeeded, however, beyond expectations: scoring nationally.  As a stylist, he proved especially adept in adding country flavor to spicy standards like “Lover Please”, “Mountain of Love” and  “Suspicion” 

When “You Lay so Easy On My Mind” was introduced in late 1972, and was a hit for Bobby as well as several others.  “You Lay so Easy On My Mind” went on to be his first number one national chart record and was later recorded by such artists as Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn, Roy Orbison, Pat Boone, Andy Williams, David Houston, Jerry Springer and others.  Proving he was no “one-hit wonder”, he scored the next spring with another Top 10 tune “You Give Me You”.

He is that rare breed who shows us that, talent will win, by recording his initial hits on independent labels.  With his career in high gear, he followed through with more Top 10 singles, among them, “Write Me A Letter” and “Freda Comes Freda Goes”.  Country classics he has breathed new life into include, “Pick Me Up On Your Way Down”, “My Special Angel” and “Oh Baby Mine”.

Bobby G. Rice was the first major artist to record a song written by Teddy Gentry of “Alabama”.  The song was “I May Never Be Your Lover (But I‘ll Always Be Your Friend)”. 

Despite such accomplishments, he has always been among the first to volunteer his talents for a benefit or worthy cause.   He remains the same, Bobby G. Rice, one step beyond ordinary entertainment.

John W Thompson

With over 30 years experience in composing, and producing John's music has sold in excess of 10 million units on commercially released albums and CDs. As a composer, his songs have been recorded internationally by a wide variety of artists including Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Bill Gaither, Michael Card, the London Philharmonic, the Winans Phase II, Jessy Dixon, Earl Scruggs, Tom T. Hall, The Burrito Brothers, Bernadette Peters, Charlie Rich, and many others. He co-wrote the Gospel standards, El Shaddai and Sanctuary. The 1983 Grammy winning song "El Shaddai", was named one of the "Songs of the Century" by the RIAA, and the Gospel Song of the Decade (80's) by Billboard Magazine. It also won the Dove award for Song of the Year in 1982. Ed Shockley

has been in the entertainment business his entire life; as a musician, singer, songwriter, and producer. After first establishing himself on the music scene in Delaware, Ed went on the road which included a 17 year stop in Manhattan, and now finds himself coming full circle, back to his Sussex County roots. In the 70's and 80's his band, Jack of Diamonds, was the most popular on the scene, and his song "Dodge City" is still an anthem to many music fans in the mid-Atlantic region. After moving to New York, he signed a major record and publishing deal with RCA. As a member of SAG and AFTRA he has appeared on stage and television with his voice used in many radio and TV commercials. Back home, Ed has headlined the Rehoboth Beach Autumn Jazz Festival and was recognized by the Delaware Celebration of Jazz Society as "The Ambassador of Music". Ed has recorded three CD's with his all original blue eyed soul band, "Vinyl Shockley." Now holding forth with The Reminders, "Gravel" explores and witnesses his more spiritual nature in his songwriting and performance. Ed lives in Lewes, Delaware with his wife Jill, and son Buck.

Kevin Short

"An American by birth and a Sussex Countian by the grace of God", Kevin has roots in many aspects of the entertainment industry. Kevin opened his first recording studio in 1989, and subsequently a full scale concert/theatrical production company, providing sound, lights and production services for events all over the Eastern United States. Kevin has produced recordings for RCA/BMG, Smithsonian Folkways, Sierra, and Rebel Records among many others. He is a voting member of The Recording Academy (RIAA). His Gospel vocal credits include the 1990 release of "My Mother's Favorites" along with the late Anthony Burger, and the critically acclaimed 2001 release of "Little Is Much" featuring the Jordanaires and the Fairfield Four. Playing bass and singing for The Reminders, "Loud's" powerful, vocal talent expresses the spirituality of their original music.

Roy August I loved the music of Roy Orbison, The Four Seasons, Bobby Vee and Hank Williams. And later, The Beatles, Beach Boys etc. I practiced my writing inspired by all of them.  Fancy Free was a miracle to me. It was at a time when I was struggling and almost ready to give up and leave town. I had a lyric for the song, which I took to the Oak Ridge Boys’ office. At the time, Jimbeau was the manager. The Oaks were totally into Gospel then. I gave my four verses and a chorus to Jimbeau that day so long ago, and he said he’d co write it with me. He offered an equal split on the writer’s shares and the Oaks would get the publishing. It was a done deal. We worked on it until it was two verses and a chorus. Then it sat in a file for 8 years before it got recorded! When it did, it helped both of us. It jump-started Jimbeau and his legendary career, and helped me raise my family. Any connoisseur of Seventies rock music will certainly remember Rare Earth. Their funky good-time music is still played on classic rock stations across the country and their place in pop music history is firmly cemented.Peter Rivera is the original drummer and lead vocalist behind all of the hits. Wherever these classics are played people inevitably say something like: "I'd know that voice anywhere" . . .Peter's story is one of those all-American classics; a kind of "rags to riches" tale in which an obscure white boy, growing up in a red- brick row house of Detroit, Michigan, finds his way out of the grimy blue-collar neighborhood that spawned a whole generation of factory workers, dock hands, and "tough-guy" bar brawlers to the big time glitz and glam of the pop music industry.
With Peter on drums and lead vocals, Rare Earth sold over twenty-five million records. Peter recorded over seventeen albums, had top ten hits with:"Get Ready""I'm Losing You""Born to Wander""Hey Big Brother"and"I Just Want to Celebrate"The albums "Get Ready" and the two-record set "Rare Earth in Concert" won double platinum. "One World" and "The Ecology Album" went single platinum; "Willie Remembers" and "Ma" won gold.
Rivera has been called the premier rock drummer / vocalist of the '70s. Peter's vocals have been featured on countless radio and television commercials. His hit voice is heard in several movies and television shows. "A Knights Tale", "Three Kings", "Chicago Hope" and "Beverly Hills 90210" are but a few. Peter has 34 years of touring the world. "There isn't much I haven't seen", he says.
At present he lives with Dabar, his wife of thirty-two years, and his family in Southern California. He tours the world with the Classic Rock All Stars and is currently involved in projects that include writing and producing music. He has authored his autobiography and is currently working on a book-to-movie project. He has three children. Two sons are in professional baseball and his daughter is a senior softball star at a Division I college.

And we once again went to well of the talent in this family, as her uncle Matthew wrote seven of the songs on her album, and all top notch! lacy is dedicated to music, animals, and other children. She has her own horse's and is an excellent rider. Lacy has already done many benifit shows for unfortunate children, and has been chosen as the star performer in THE TEDDY BEAR benifit and spokes person for the Vanderbilt and St. Judes hospitals in early 2013. She's also playing festivals, senior citizens, and doing many Live radio shows. T Jae Christian   Like so many artists, T. Jae started his music career at an early age, and by the time he moved to Nashville, he was a seasoned entertainer, and on his way to becoming an established song writer. He put his performing aside for awhile to pursue writing and record production. Before long his songs were being recorded by such artists as: Roy Orbison, Nat Stucky, Charlie Pride, Jeanne Pruitt, T. Graham Brown, (blue grass great) Jimmy Martin, and many independents.Due to his friendship, association and guidance of the legendary Producer, Owen Bradley, T. Jae has also become an outstanding producer. In the late 1980’s, as the music was going in a different direction,(no longer traditional country) he formed his own label (Universal Sound Records) to make an outlet for the many great older artists that were being cast aside for the new movement.

Richard Sterban began his singing career as a six-year-old soprano in Sunday school in his native Camden, New Jersey. He was a tenor in the glee club in seventh grade, but when he returned in the fall for eighth grade, he was a bass! He loved sports and music, decided he had more talent for the latter, and developed a simple goal:  “I wanted to be in the best vocal group in the world.” Before joining the Oaks in 1972, Richard sang in various groups, most notably backing Elvis Presley as a member of The Stamps Quartet.
"The news I'm most excited about right now is my memoir, "From Elvis to Elvira: My Life On Stage" which will be released on August 1. Writing a book is something that I have thought about doing for many years, and the time finally felt right. I have been blessed with an amazing life -- one of which I could have never dreamed. Just think about it: raised in New Jersey, I not only came to love gospel quartets, I somehow found my way to make a living singing with one. But more than simply making a living, I soon found myself onstage with the greatest performer in the history of music, Elvis Presley. And while that should have been enough for any dreamer, I somehow found the faith to leave that job to join a group that I truly loved and believed could become something great. Forty years later, I'm still thrilled to be the bass singer for The Oak Ridge Boys."

The Oak Ridge Boys are a country and gospel group that is based in the United States. The group was founded in 1945 as the Oak Ridge Quartet. They became popular during the 1950s. Their name was changed to the Oak Ridge Boys in the early 1960s, and they remained a gospel-oriented group until the mid 1970s, when they changed their image and concentrated more on country and pop music. The band's current lineup consists of lead singer and second tenor Duane Allen, baritone William Lee Golden, tenor Joe Bonsall, and bass Richard Sterban.

Chris Gantry (Christopher Cedzich) was born December 29th, 1942 in Queens, New York. He began his career as a singer/songwriter at age fourteen with a recording contract for Paramount Records. He moved to Nashville in 1963, after three years at Bethel College in McKenzie, Tennessee.

Chris has written more than 1,000 songs - some of them as collaborations with Nashville's best - Kris Kristofferson, Mel Tillis, Shel Silverstein, and Eddie Rabbit. 

Seventy of his songs were recorded by various artist; Roy Clark, Johnny Cash, Sonny Curtis, Robert Goulet, Wayne Newton, Johnny Lee, Reba McEntire, Billy Walker, Garry Pucket and Rhett Akins, including "Dreams of the Everyday Housewife", by Glen Campbell. "Dreams of the Everyday Housewife" won three M.M.I awards plus the Millionaire's Award for over two million Performances. It also won the Nashville's Songwriter Award in 1968. Chris recorded five albums for Monument and ABC Dot Records.

BILLY DON BURNS:........ .. I was born at home, no doctor, no circumcision. When I was growing up if I was with my mother I was in church everytime the doors were open. If I was with my father and we were not working I was learining how to drink whiskey, smoke cigarettes, cuss, chase skirts and always keep an eye out for the law. To my sweet, wonderful Mother and her family and my sorry ass brother the preacher, God was the law. To Dad and me the law wore a badge and gun and only brought bad news. My dad was my best friend he died in 1978. I have been playing my music in honkytonks since before I was old enough to be in them legally. I have performed from Honolulu to Berlin, from NYC to Toyko. I have seen the Aurora Borealis from both sides of the northern hemisphere . I ain't saying that I have as many miles on me as Willie or Earnest Tubb or Keith Richards cause that would be a God Damn lie. However, I am well traveled. I guess you could say a road scholar. ........ Likes: .... Rick Rubin who signed Johnny Cash because he didn't have a label. .... Sex, Drugs and Rock and Hoes .... Driving fast and Laying Low.... .... Dislikes: .... Rick Blackburn the piece of shit who was head of CBS Nashville and dropped Johnny Cash from the label. .... People who think that they are hot shit. .... Men over 20 who still live with their mother. Men over 50 who won't take care of their mother ........ Music:.... Please ........ I ain't trying to say that I am anything. The truth is I am the least of the least. My greatest moments that come to mind are: .... 1 The birth of my two children, Jesse James Burns and Natalie Ruth Burns.... 2 When Johnny Cash sent me a hand written letter of congratulations.... 3 Willie Nelson recording one of my songs .... 4 Getting the chance to produce Johnny Paycheck, Merle Haggard and Tanya Tucker .... 5 When Porter Wagoner introduced me on the Grand Ole Opry .... 6 When I was a guest on late night NYC raido with Joey Rheynolds and Les Paul called up and talked about my music, his music and what ever. .... 7 When Harlon Howard signed me as a staff writer with his publishing company .... 8 Getting a 4-star review from German writer Jorg Feyer in Rolling Stone Magazine .... 9 When my old friend The Late Great Mack Vickery called me up and asked if I would like to spend the weekend in Memphis with him and the killer Jerry Lee Lewis. .... 10 Hearing The Late Great Earnest Tubb introduce me to sing on his stage........

PooBah sings what he writes - And what he writes is Real Life. Poobah has not sold out, nor has he played the "Game." In his music, you'll find brutal truth....whether good or bad.

His current single "Everybody Sang," was written on the side of the road, after leaving the funeral ceremony of longtime friend, Johnny Cash.

One thing is for certain: Poobah is one of our Country's Most Genuine talents, and his music will be around long after he is not.

GARY TALLEY  In 1967, while still an infant, Gary Talley began his career as lead guitarist for the Grammy-nominated group, The Box Tops. Their "blue-eyed soul" hits like "The Letter," and "Cry Like a Baby" hit the charts like a tornado, selling millions of copies, and they continue to sweep across the country on radio stations today. The Box Tops disbanded in 1970, but their reunion nearly 30 years later in 1997 was kicked off with a national tour at the House of Blues in Hollywood. Gary still tours and records with the group, contributing original songs and background vocals.

After his initial stint with The Box Tops, Gary's soulful (and highly acclaimed) guitar sounds were in demand. He found himself playing with music carbuncles like Jerry Butler, Billy Lee Riley, Hank Ballard, and Ace Cannon at the legendary Sounds of Memphis Studio and later at Universal Studios also in Memphis.

His reputation led him to the larger market of Atlanta in 1972, where he added jingle sessions and touring to his growing number of master sessions for major label artists. While playing guitar with such legends asPat Boone, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Dobie Gray, Freda Payne, Billy Joe Royal, and many others, Gary still (barely) found the time to write songs and teach guitar.

At the encouragement of fiend and producer, Chips Moman (Elvis, Willie Nelson), Gary headed north to Nashville in 1981. Chips hadn't steered Gary wrong, because he soon found himself recording with Willie Nelson, Tammy Wynette, Waylon Jennings, Sam Moore (of the duo Sam and Dave), and others. As a songwriter, he has penned cuts for Keith Whitley, The Box Tops, James Cotton, T.G. Shepard, Fish Heads & Rice and others. He has continued writing and teaching, while at the same time playing television appearances, live events or touring with artists like Billy Preston, Sam Moore, Pam Tillis, Brenda Lee, Tammy Wynette, Rufus Thomas, Tim McGraw, Sam "the Sham" Samudio, David Lee Murphy, Bobby Whitlock, Tracy Nelson, Dr. John, Mac Gayden, Bobby Bare, Ray Vega, Deirdre Reilly, the Hombres, Jason D. Williams, James Carr, Lloyd Price, and Little Eva among others.
